1997, Los Santos. Shady and Chico from my old BUYSAG series are back!

Unfortunately, business has not been good since 1993. The power vacuum that came after the downfall of notorious kingpin Big Smoke has been sealed with too many smaller gangs to count, most of the Alhambra gang has left to pursue other goals, and Chico's allies are in hiding. Chico's desperate to relive the good ol' days of being on top again.
One day, Jesus "Shady" Perez gets a call to meet Chico at Santa Maria Beach. Their luck may have turned...

This is my first step to introducing a larger cast of protagonists and allies in a connected world. Get used to these guys, because you might start seeing them more!
