Well, on the website GTAForums. There's 2 subforums, called DYOM missions and DYOM support (links in the 'DYOM Links' section to your left). Anyway, what i'm saying is on this website, you post the links to your mission, and more people see them, which means you'll become better known. the storyline is based most on vice city stories though.
