Let's go to the next step, now you have to download the Modloader
if you download it, you will never need to use another program in your life

after download it Play the files in the gta folder
and now that you've done that, just download Skins and put in the Gta Folder

friend any mod you download just unzip and put in the Modloader folder,
since homes cars skins and other objects, remember that you can rename the Skin before putting in the folder, if you download skins zombies recommend you rename the names of skins For ex: fam1.dff and Fam.TXD
