To make cutscene, press Y -> Objective meni -> Add objective -> Special Objective -> Cutscene. There you can choose what type of cutscene you want. Set it at position you want and type text.

And Your Second Problem Is How To Add Animation In Any Actor So When You Add An Actor Then Choose Your Actor Then Choose A Weapen For Your Actor Then Press Y And N For Animation For Your Actor Then Bullets And Choose Your Actor Should Be Enemy,Neutral,Or Friend.

Sub se pehle agar player ko shooting karte hua dekhana ha to aik taraf apna actor banao us ko weapon pakarwao or os ko friend rakho or or aik taraf dosara actor banao jis ko enemy rakho or phir un ke oppar cutsene banao or phir play karo dono apas me larh rahe hon ge
