Agency communication and advanced technological tracking systems are sabotaged, but John Black still lives. John Black's Central Headquaters building is in Downtown Los Santos. It's his main operation building and without a doubt he will be somewhere inside.However, the building is very heavely secured by agent personell and a repeated roof infiltration approach wont be possible because by now John has discovered the demise of his Signal Site. Now Blacksniper must go to John Black's Central Intellegence building and find a way to infiltrate without being detected.
