In recap, Blacksniper has taken out The Bluegang leader, The Ballas leader, Big Toni, Woody Carson,John Black and all of their operations that support the Agency, but Toreno,the head of the Agency, still remains.Like John Black,Toreno has more than one operation supporting the Agency's plan for world control.Toreno has an army of agents under his control at his secret military base off the edge of Las Ventures.The main purpose of the base is to refine an unknown chemical that is used to make some new kind of powerful bomb.This military base cannot be left standing if the Agency is to be terminated for good.Blacksniper faces the difficult task of single handedly shuting down the military base and walking away with his life.
