Rick and his dumb brother Joe are the most wanted criminals of SA. They were able to break out from a prion . They found a safe place to stay. Two FBI guards who were having an eye on them showed up in thier house. They ordered Rick to takeout the Governor of SA. If he refuses, his brother will be shot dead. Did Rick finished his assignment and will he save his dumb brother?
