Nice mission ans story. However, it's very difficult due to CJ starting with just a shotgun and no health/armor pickups until way later so you need to stick with same health for a while. Also the doctor you need to keep alive has a big chance of dying by taking too much fire or he jumps down the hatch which fails the mission.
