You play as Rick Thomas,a terrorist planted a nuclear bomb near Las Venturas,and the terrorist says he knows Rick very well.
Rick have to do illegal works for this person,if Rick do one simple thing wrong,the mysterious person press the button and explode the entire Las Venturas and kill himself.
