The City of Crimes: Chapter 1: Thieves of the City
This is a movie mission pack (just cutscenes).
Story:
1992 years, Los Santos. The city is overwhelmed by the thieves, drug dealers, arms dealers, crack dealers, mafias, gangs... Three guys, Davis Norton, Jay Morales and Mark Cole, are going to stop them. They're the members of Grove Street Families. GSF is helping people, unlike Ballas and other gangs, who live on their territory. The thieves arrived on their territory and began stealing from people in Ganton. Will Davis, Jay and Mark stop them?
