The Illusive Man's resorces have arrived at San Andreas.

Containing high tech weapon, company infomation and other info on buissneses around San Andreas.

The boss wants you to go to the cargo plane and secure it.

When the cargo is loaded onto the two trucks, the Illusive Man wants you to deliver the cargo to Headquarters for safe offloading.
