He is 22 years old and he is a Co-Leader of an Organization called the Zen Patriot, they are a group that are combined with: Terrorists,Hitmen,Mafias, and Assasins. Xavier is the one of the Best Members of the Organization, he is a Professional Assasin. as the Co-Leader, His Duty and Job is to Project his Organization.
Story of the Chapter:
After the incident in Jefferson motel,
G has requested Xavier to come to SF and visit G`s Cousin Devin Blade, Devin asked his Cousin to bring Xavier to kill a VIP
and the target is one of the Downtown Mafia all over San Andreas so Devin ask Xavier the plan.
