You are a soldier, and your current objective is to kill a criminal a Grove Street member called Carl Johnson, he tried to take over a territory of the desert.

In the part where you kill him, you must be following him, because there will be a timer of 10 seconds, and there is a checkpoint that is NOT near you. Not in the Ghost Town.

what this mean "there will be a timer of 10 seconds, and there is a checkpoint that is NOT near you. Not in the Ghost Town."

The "Ghost Town" is the place where there's the graveyard, CJ will be there speaking to his mom. You are supposed to follow him to the bodies where he will go. After that, you have 10 seconds to run away because a bomb will explode.
