When in dyom menu, press 'mission menu' then 'publish mission'. A window will pop-up saying "your mission was saved as dyom0.dat" (or something like that). Go online, press 'upload mission', select 'GTA San Andreas User Files' folder and upload dyom0.txt from there. The mission, once downloaded by others, should now autoplay.
