They will give a theme for the contest , like previously they gave a theme of 3 objectives out of which 2 cutscenes and 1 gameplay objective was the criterion.
So this time too they will give some criteria.

@BoyDyom Just Download the mission into any slot and you'll see it named DYOM1.dat , then download it in My Documents => GTA San Andreas User Files. Enter the game on Design Your Own Mission and load. Piece of Cake.
