Background
A large terrorist group who call themself "The Network" lead by a Russian rich man named Makarov is currently doing a bussiness in San Andreas.
Their leader named Makarov sees another good opportunity to get a large amout of money while they are doing their own bussiness.
They planned to steal money and drugs from The Mendez Drug Cartel while the rumors says that they are currently storing money and drugs worth a million US Dollars in their mansion at San Andreas

Story
Later after the Makarov's attemp to steal from Mendez, Diego Mendez, the Drug Lord of The Mendez Drug Cartel, accidentially dragged himself with his cartel to a very unwanted situation.
Diego Mendez has no idea about what is going on but now....
