CJ has been a successful businessman, he earned Madd Dogg's mansion and has a lot of cars, a pool with beautiful girls, a helicopter with pilot, a playstation and a lot of free time. He lives a live of a retired rich man.
The Ballas left the city after the gangwars. They arent even allowed to get residence permits anymore. But even in San Andreas corruption dominates the local government.
But, on A Quit Day CJs assistant finds out that the Mayor takes bribes from the Ballas in exchange for residence permits.

I had uploading problems, after a few errors this upload is now twice in the list. I selected the checkbox "english" but this storyline is still not in the english-only list
