You play as a sly person who's lost his memory and has no identity. You get your rifle and get into a cheetah that belongs to you. Then you drive to the entrance of the stadium in LS. The first guard see s you but you quickly defeat him the other guards couldn't have heard that. Now you take out a second guard. And now it's a little trickier you have to be precise, because you must take out (with your knife) three guards in a row. Then you pickup the documents. You take your second car, since you had everything planned out before doing the killing and slying. You drive to your dealer, because he called you an hour ago. He offers you some "good quality" coke. Of course you still remember what coke is. Then the SWAT and the army arrive you must take them out at once.
