You are Ryder.You want to prove your the best in Grove Street...(there will be intro text when you play mission.
You go and kill some ballas,then kill more then you have to enter the alhambra club and kill more ballas,but before you enter alhambra,tell Big Smoke to not move(press H somewhere close to the entrance).After you kill those ballas in the club get out,press G to tell Big Smoke to follow you again and more objectives blablabla.

I choosed Voodoo cuz on my PC he was replaced with a green aston martin.
