Boris Nikolaev, a succesful mobster in the Moscow Crime Syndicate screws up in a bank heist - he's identified by a witness. To avoid any unwanted attention, Konstantin Mishkov, the Syndicate's head, decides to send Boris to Las Venturas so he can lay low and help Vlad Orlov, the boss of the Syndicate's American counter-part. Vlad needs help with protecting a two-million dollars worth deal, but things don't go as planned, and Boris once again finds him in desperate trouble - they loose the shipment. Now Vlad, Boris and Anatolij are all on the clock - it's only a matter of time when Mishkov finds out what happened, but the lost shipment is nowhere to be found.
