This is the first mission of the Blackwell Chronicles, which is the first mission pack of the Reborn Saga.
It is 2001 in San Fierro. A war is about to happen between the Blackwell family and the Triads, the two top crime organisations in the city - unless a peace meeting between them is successful. The family patriarch sends the Blackwell brothers to make a deal with the Triads to stop the war from happening, but when things go horribly wrong with fatal consequences, a war seems to be unavoidable.
