This follows the story of Sam Jonathan, a young and rising criminal who begins to work for the Sindacco Family. Sam's father was Johnny Sindacco's father right-hand man, while his mother worked at the Caligula's Casino. Sam follows his father's steps and works directly for Johnny Sindacco.
