Part 1:
*Sending some reinforcements at East los santos.
*Head inside and take out the triads.
Part 2:
*Same task take out the triads.
Part 3:
*Kill the triad leader at the last floor and head to the rooftop.
*The helicopter is waiting for you at upstairs and done.
