After being expelled from the military and serve 4 years in prison for possession of cocaine, Rainer Barnes moved to Las Venturas to live with his cousin Mick, who has been running a small strip club in Roca Escaldante for over a decade. Together, they decide to get through other kinds of business in order to get a wider profit.

Their names started to be recognized all around the state when it came to extortion and money laundering. It didn't take long until the Sindacco family got their hands on Barnes cousins. Rainer himself decided to perform certain schemes for the mob while his cousin was running the club. Rainer´s ambitious personality led him to keep more cash that he was supposed to. Now the Sindacco family is on their way to hunt Rainer down.
