The Morningstars are trying to stop the saints from entering the Morningstar tower, so it's as a war against Philip Loren, this is base of Saints Row: The Third. So they have to stop him and get the vault in Loren's offices, there's alot of morningstars inside the tower, you might recruit some saints, when all the morningstars are cleared. Too bad Troy, have fight the Vice Kings on his own...
