The story takes place 1 year after the events of Vice City.
Oswald Belcher. A criminal who got out of the LC Prison,plans to start a new life with his cousin in the sunny land of Vice City.However,things don't go as expected,and Oswald is forced to re-enter the criminal underworld.
In this mission,you will have to drive with a stranger to the VCPD HQ. There,a corrupt officer will show you the cameras,that recorded the death of Albert,Oswald's cousin. Oswald now seeks revenge
