GTA VC Beta Mission Cut Mr.Moffat GTA United 1.2

This mission was cut from the final version of Vice City. I recreated it based on what remained on the files hidden in Vice City, especially on the dialogues and objectives. The real reason is not well known, perhaps due to technical difficulties or a choice of development.
