In the first part you successfully taken over Grove Street, but
after defeating Sweet he tells you that your friends are being tortured. So he tells you that his brother (CJ) is escaping in San Fierro and also tells you that your friends are being taken on Mount Chilliad and being tortured.
In this part you decide to go to San Fierro and kill CJ.
