Miguel ,or sometimes known as the Nightwatcher, goes out on an operation in the middle of the night tailing the goons of a big gang in LS to their warehouse and ruin their major plans.

Miguel is the vigilante of LS; no one knows his true identity and with his usage of skills and gadgets to use to infiltrate gang members/thugs, breach on some major security and local network to have access to the police scanner amongst other stuff, or spy on suspicious places prone to some criminal action, he finds himself a hard task with keeping the city in check and stabilize it from criminal activity.
