EDIT : You can kill invisible girls by shooting at them while they are in the cars or running them over with the car. (you can get stuck on this if you destroy every single car.)

Just for those who didn't play this mission, and these who think or thought this mission was about something 18+, sorry but this isn't that way, the mission is just named that because of the girls wanting to hunt down Carlos. "Very Very Sexy" is a name with a sarcasm.
