**INTRODUCTION**
Tennpenny is dead. Justice is truely served in the end. Or is it? Its been three months since the riots and Carl finds himself wanted all over san andreas. The vagos and ballas still roam the streets of Los Santos. Buisness in San Fierro is going downhill with drug trafficing everywhere. And the Mob gets closer each day to running Woozie and the Triads out of Las Venturas. Carl finds that being everywhere at once is taking a toll on everything he worked for. He soon finds himself stuck in places he never wanted to be in again.
