When a new kid, street hustler, and a half-crazy robber team up, the streets of Los Santos are about to witness a seismic shift in the underworld. Meet Carl, the new kid with big dreams; his brother Parker, the street hustler with a knack for survival; and their childhood friend Jarem, the half-crazy robber with the skills needed to pull off daring heists.
