Story:

It's 1996, Wang Chien is a Triad gang member from it's Hong Kong subsidiary, pertaining to the Ming Tsao family, which has had it's Dragon Head murdered.

Now his heir is out for blood, so he hires Wang to kill those who were involved, he gets a tip-off that it was someone from the city of San Fierro, so Wang gets deployed there.

Woozie, a friend of the family (as one of the Ming Tsao's allies is Ran Fa Li) offers his guns to help them out. Will you be able to achieve Hsin Ming Tsao's Vengeance?!
