well you must go to pier 69 dont know check or read this when you get in your car go straight turn left and keep going left untill you get attacked this mission is really hard i failed every time i tried the weapons are better and make sure you dont get hit 2 or 3 times or you will die this mission is really hard just make sure of that some stay in there posistions and you might fail i suggest you cheat unless your a good gamer and good at this game good luck
