Well,that won't be seen in San Andreas!You can see it in Ganton Gym!But you must have this so that you can get there!
Things to be needed:
1.Cheat Menu
2.Jetpack
Well,lets start! (But going to Liberty City is too hard.It is hard because of hard understanding.)
First,go to Ganton Gym.
Second,kill those 4 men in Ganton Gym.(But in DYOM,you can skip this step,because there are no men in DYOM.)
