How to make people talk.please tell me i dont what to do tell me if someone know :(

you can make people talk with cutscene (objectives --> Add objective --> Add Special Objective or Add Env. Objective(if you are using version 6.1) --> Cutscene) then set the cutscene place, then set the time, then add the words of what the actor want to say.

but in your mission named "OPERATION kill the murderrer" after talking with CJ's partner, at Verdant Bluffs i see many red-marked enemy in the radar. How to do it?

>>>press y>>>>choose actor>>>>choose anims>>>>choose wepon>>>>do gang enemy>>>and at last make the object and done!
