I saw your Comment about Tommy Vercetti Skin problem. There's a mod called modloader. download it and then put it in your GTA folder. after that, Go to the modloader folder and make a new folder and name it (Skins) then put Tommy Vercetti Skin inside The Skins folder. I hope you understand, cuz I'm not good in English.
