To make cutscene, press Y -> Objective meni -> Add objective -> Special Objective -> Cutscene. There you can choose what type of cutscene you want. Set it at position you want and type text.

And I recommend you to make story of your own, make ideas in your mind. Just like I made 'Alam The Fighter' mission in the remembrence of M.M.Alam. I hope you know him. Make ideas and express them in your missions.
