To make your own hud, download txd workshop from here: http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=8320 (I'm using the old version btw), then open hud file and you will see the bounch of icons. Export one of them, and then, open it with photoshop or any program you use for editing images (Gimp is free), open icon you exported, and make your own in the same size as the original one. Then save it as PNG, and import it in Hud and replace with one of original icons.
