For DYOM V8 you will maybe have to reinstall your San Andreas (in serious cases only).
Obviously the version 8 needs CLEO 4 to run, install if you don't have it yet.
You should uninstall all the CLEO mods you have and then delete you user files if still not working...
I didn't have that problem so I installed it perfectly ^^ hahaha, ok? Hope it helped!
