i found it already thanks :)

1) design your mission.

2) When your mission was designed then press "Y" go to the mission menu and select "save mission" and your mission has been saved.

3) When your mission has been saved then press "Y" go to mission menu and select "publish Mission" and your read only file has been created.

4) Now upload your read-only mission flie DYOM0.DAT into your dyom profile.

Note:

In your mission name just put your mission which you will created.

And in In progress or OnHold you can choose these as your mission status.
