After previously blowing up the charge that was set on the main control reactor at toreno's base in LV, blacksniper interigates the last agent to find the where abouts of the secret chemical that the Agency has discovered. Instead,he finds out from the agent, the location of another one of Toreno's bases,located at the docks of Los Santos. He goes there ready for war against the Agency, but something's not right. There isn't an agent in sight, but then suddenly, Blacksniper finds himself surrounded. The question is: will he be able to escape,or will his days of disrupting the Ageny's mission be over?
