After two years of searching for the "Agent", the San Fierro police has finally tracked him down via their spies. The player is instructed to find proofs of this "Agent"'s cloning work, and see if he is up for a war or something.

Note!: The last objective is perhaps a little "tricky", so try firing at the barrels which is standing right next to it.
