Make the checkpoints first.
select the player objective - objective 0
Then add some explosive barrels a few steps after the last checkpoint.
Then spawn a friend actor who must survive.
Select animation enter nearest car and as a driver, and agressive driver.
Make route points passing through all the checkpoints and the explosive barrels.
Add a car for both the actor and the player. The actor preferably can be given the same or better car than the player.
