Toru Sato has been working as a fisherman since early highschool to support himself and his parents at home and has not had a break. He did not see other ways to make a living, because his father and grandfather have always known the way of the fishermen. Clarence, his high school friend, will change his entire view of 'work'. Toru Sato's life will change within these exiting episodes of his life.

This series "Need for Speed:San Andreas" is a prequel to "Need for Speed:Most Wanted". You will take on the roll of Toru Sato aka 'Bull', #2 on the blacklist of "Need for Speed:Most Wanted". Toru Sato and Clarence Callahan aka 'Razor' will try to rise up within the ranks of street racing and meet a couple of new people.
