Regey Higgins is a small time thug from Jamaica. His brother, Klein has got into some trouble's with local mafia's and he asks for Regey's help. To impress Regey, he promises beutiful women, luxury cars, nice property, simply an American dream. But things are not as they seem to be written in Klein's pretty letters.. But there are no turning back for Regey, he is already in Los Santos with no money for ticket back to Jamaica. Regey and Klein builds their own empire of crimelords, wishing the "American Dream" to come true.
