(Continued from part 1) Ray(CJ's new friend is going to disturb those Ballas for attacking Cesar. Go to the LS docks and Groves and Ballas are having a gang fight because of the drug dealer. Kill the drug dealer and take a jetpack outside a office and kill a thief. After that, go home and tell Truth. This is just part 2.
