You need TXD Workshop for this mission.You must download the Niko's skin.Here is the link.http://www.gtavicecity.ru/gta-san-andreas/sa-skins/9749-niko-bellic.html.When you download the mod open it.Select the English language and change the installation type(automatic-manual).It will be installed in my documents.Go to my documents then to www.gtavicecty.ru mods then to niko's skin open the first folder and then two files txd,dff replace withTXD Workshop in gta3.img (to bmost.txd,bmost.dff).Sorry for my bad English...
