CJ gets phoned by an unkown and then CJ gets a suprise the unkown order him to steal some plutonium on a cargo ship near San Fierro...
NOTE:There can be some bug about the parachute checkpoint so when you land it still says that you need to go trough the check point then use the rocketman cheat or and flybove the checkpoint:)
