(Now, I bet some of you are thinking "Cerberus?! That's from Mass Effect 2 and 3!" I know, But the story is not ME related.)

A private military/organisation called Cerberus, they have secured and maintained control of Wasington from crimes and gang activity.
They wanted to expand and offer help to other places needed to hold off gang activity.

The unknown leader of Cerberus, decided to travel to San Andreas.

He or she, heard it was riddeled with gang activity, drug rings and many more.

And now they arrive and try to form an alliance with the Police Department and Army.
